MG Motor has officially launched its much-awaited electric roadster, the MG Cyberster, in India with an entry price of Rs 72.49 lakh for pre-reserved customers and Rs 74.99 lakh for fresh bookings. Bookings have opened today, and deliveries are set to begin on August 10, marking the arrival of one of the most futuristic EVs in the Indian luxury car market

The MG Cyberster combines eye-catching aesthetics with blistering performance. Its design reflects MG’s rich heritage in roadsters but with a modern, electric twist. It features four striking dual-tone colour options: Nuclear Yellow with Black Roof, Flare Red with Black Roof, Andes Grey with Red Roof, and Modern Beige with Red Roof, giving buyers plenty of visual appeal

Under the sculpted body lies a powerful dual-motor all-wheel drive setup paired with a 77 kWh battery pack. This high-voltage powertrain delivers a jaw-dropping 510hp and a massive 725Nm of torque, propelling the Cyberster from 0 to 100kph in just 3.2 seconds, putting it in supercar territory when it comes to straight-line acceleration
Despite its high-performance orientation, the MG Cyberster also impresses with long-distance capability. It offers an MIDC-certified range of 580km on a single charge, making it a highly practical choice for electric driving without the compromise of frequent stops
To ensure convenience from day one, MG has included a comprehensive charging bundle with the price. This includes a 3.3kW portable charger, a 7.4kW wall box charger, and standard installation at no extra cost, making the ownership experience seamless and worry-free
